Executing inside a live mall environment requires control beyond construction.
The storefront, signage, wood finishes, black geometric wall language, seating alignment, lighting, ceiling details, and service counter all had to be delivered while the restaurant remained operational.
Location: Burjuman Mall, Dubai
Date of Completion: Janurary, 2026
Project Duration: 90 Days
The pressure points were phasing, access, customer movement, finish protection, ceiling alignment, wall pattern continuity and maintaining a consistent dining environment through each stage of work.
The final space held its visual rhythm and brand presence while allowing the restaurant to continue trading during controlled phased execution.
