We conduct inspections at the point of manufacture, verifying materials, finishes, dimensions, and quality against what was approved. We do this before it ships and before it is too late to correct. The inspection is not a formality. It is the last point at which a specification failure can be caught and resolved without consequence to the project.

Installation and Site Works
We control and coordinate bespoke production and installation, including joinery, fixtures, kiosks, exhibition stands and custom-built elements, through controlled sequencing, site installation and handover.
Commercial and specification decisions are reviewed against their design impact,
so cost pressure does not quietly weaken the approved intent.

Design Guardianship
We protect approved design intent through the full delivery journey, coordinating designers, suppliers and contractors so the built outcome remains aligned with what was approved.
Design intent is not a loose idea. It is the governing standard against which technical, production and site decisions are reviewed.
We remain a consistent presence through the project, reviewing substitutions, challenging site deviations and assessing handover against the approved design intent.
