Event hospitality leaves no room for late correction.
The reception wall, brand signage, ribbed counter, curved seating, wall finishes, lighting, loose furniture, and track-facing lounge areas all had to come together within a controlled delivery window.
Location: Yas Marina Circuit, VIP Paddock, Abu Dhabi
Date of Completion: December, 2025
Project Duration: 20 Days
The pressure points were time, access, venue restrictions, finish quality, furniture placement and the need for the space to feel complete before the first guest entered.
Every visible detail had to support a polished FAB presence, turning a temporary event environment into a calm, finished and credible hospitality lounge.
