The risk was visual noise: signage losing hierarchy, display walls falling out of alignment, lighting flattening the product, counters interrupting movement, or the open storefront failing to draw customers in. The final store held the required visibility, display order and customer flow, creating a retail environment that made the brand easy to recognise and the product easy to explore.

Optical retail depends on clarity. The storefront, yellow arch, illuminated signage, display walls, product shelving, consultation points and customer pathway all had to read clearly from the mall corridor.
